The "York" is a kitchen favorite (Maple & Walnut) with Maple outer edge, a reversed pattern of the Cumberland, due to the rich color contrast of the deep Chocolate Walnut snuggled warmly against the Vanilla of Maple. It is edge grain for durability, able to withstand heavy knife action for long periods of time. It is our Restaurant Series which means, it is thicker & longer than the standard boards. Most commonly preferred by chef's for long term and stationary use. Sold in 1 3/4" (thickness) X 13" (width) X 24" (length).
