Our return policy is simple, if you are not 100 % satisfied with our workmanship, we will refund you fully for your purchase or you can choose to work with us until you are 100% satisfied. Due to each board being one of a kind in character, grain and coloring returns for those reasons are not deemed defective workmanship and not returnable.
